Terms of Services

The exact scope, deliverables, and timelines of each project will always be clearly defined in a proposal or written agreement before any work begins.

Payments and Invoicing
We operate with transparency and fairness regarding payments.
Most projects require a non-refundable advance payment of 30%–50% before work begins.
The remaining balance is due upon final delivery of agreed assets or completion of the project.
For larger or long-term projects, milestone-based payments may be set up and outlined in the proposal.
We accept payments via bank transfer or other agreed methods.
Late payments may result in delayed deliverables, temporary suspension of work, or a late fee.
We appreciate prompt and clear communication regarding any billing-related questions.
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel a project at any time; however, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
If cancellation happens after work has begun, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to that point — including research, strategy, design, and any agreed expenses.
In rare situations, we may terminate a project due to non-responsiveness, inappropriate conduct, or failure to meet agreed payment terms. All completed work and intellectual property rights remain with us until payment is fully settled.

→ Unfinished or unpaid creative materials may not be used
Confidentiality
During a project, you may share private business information, strategic insights, or creative ideas with us.
We treat all shared information as strictly confidential and do not disclose it to third parties without your consent.
Likewise, we expect respect for our methods, frameworks, and internal processes.
If required, we are happy to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure a secure and trustworthy working relationship.
